Circular uses Bluetooth to sync your ring's data with the app, but the ring doesn't need to be connected to your phone to collect your biological data. The ring can store data for up to 7 days. Just take your ring out of airplane mode and it will begin syncing all your stored data.

The Circular Ring 2 will charge when correctly placed on the charger and after pressing the back button for 1 second. The ring's ECG electrodes must be placed in the notches of the charger guide and positioned facing north, as indicated by the alignment mark on the charger guide. If the ring is not aligned correctly, it will not charge. To prevent your ring from overheating and ensure its longevity, please charge your ring with the charger's lid open. Once the ring is placed properly, press the button once (short press) to initiate charging.
